where would i find KSPS logs 'cause when i  search for player log or output under score log it's not there and I've told my computer to show hidden files do you think someone could help me or show me a video of how to find the logs

Paste this into Windows explorer:

 %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Squad\Kerbal Space Program

It'll take you right to Player.log, which is the most detailed log file for KSP and so the most useful for finding what's causing a problem.

Thank you so much for telling me this just one question where do I paste this EDIT nvm found it

And possibly another problem I have kerbal installed on my disk and not installed to a user

Oh and one more final problem i paste it at the top bar where it says where I'm currently looking at in my files it can't find it

 

I just realized what I'm saying I'm so sorry that I am causing whoever answers me this much trouble I am normally a lot more competent with files
