Space Shuttle Mod missing some parts

I'm trying to install the space shuttle mods but I'm getting some problems such as missing parts. I've included my mods folder, missing parts and my logs. I'm including multiple screenshots so sorry for not directly including them. Thing is, I have some parts from mod such as right and left wing. I had a cockpit named CV-100 Fuselage (now it's gone too) but I don't have the part "Shuttle Crew Module". I've tried uninstalling several mods, retry countless times and failed consecutively. To be honest, this is a bit disappointing.

So in case anyone experiencing this, install Space Shuttle mod from here, just unzip the Space Shuttle file and manually download Raster Prop Monitor, Firespitter and KSP Wheel. Also you will need the latest Module Manager.
