I need ideas that stay at sea level

so, all the engines are broken (see here) and I need ideas of stuff that don't need any engines other than the rover wheels (but they might not work either). this can be in career, science or sandbox.

Other than that, boats are pretty cool. Hmmmm-- what if you did a firework Orion drive?

wait, ok I might sound like I'm a noob (which I am) but what's an Orion drive?

Here's a Wikipedia article on it. Basically an Orion Drive would work by detonating nuclear bombs behind the ship to produce acceleration (I say "would" because no versions using nuclear explosives were actually built). So a KSP version like @LHACK4142 suggested would launch fireworks out the back of the ship instead of bombs.
