Is there any way to complete the Intermediate Construction tutorial?

For starters, there's no "Hopper" to load, but that's not a show stopper. The fact that there are *zero* engines to choose from, however, brings the tutorial to a screeching halt.

Some tutorials were broken by a recent update that redid some engines, the old models of the engines were hidden from the parts list but the tutorials weren’t updated to use the new ones.
