I have a couple of craft that can do this already (kraken drive ones) may try your challenge but will probably create a new craft that has the abilities to at least grab on to a asteroid to bring to orbit.

Each one of these will be able to enter and exit each planetary body. If anyone want to use any of these for phase 1 let me know if it works for you and record the time if you want to skip the creation process.

 

I may work on a new craft with arms maybe making it look like a classic anime I enjoy Outlaw star for the asteroid.
