When Jeb complained about Delta V issues when launching bigger payloads into space with the previous Aurora rocket, the Kerbals proposed a rocket that could do everything he wanted to do, single launch all your space stations, bases, Jool 5 crafts, and much more, all in one giant monstrosity.
