Any tips for starting agencys?

So I wanted to start a starwarsesqe empire and I was wondering any tips I'll take anything and so you know I read the rules and so I'm not doing anything with anyone else revolving around my future "empire"

If you are actually going to define an agency in-game and create a custom flag and everything, then it's always a good idea in the agency definition file to use "mentality = NoRandomContractMentality". This prevents your private agency from randomly offering contracts from the stock contract system. Especially important if your agency is to be released in relation to some mod you may or may not create. 

An example of the agency.cfg of one of my agencies.

	title = Trans Kerbin Airlines
    description = TKA the sky is no longer the limit.

Ok thank you I'm trying to figure out what goes where its an experience of trial and error ig

I was gonna add a flag but not an entire agency I'm not very technical thx for helping
