Experiencing weird graphical glitches during ascent

Every time I launch a rocket, at about 30 km, this weird glitch starts appearing. All my mods are up to date and I tried checking the file integrity on Steam but that didn't help. Can anyone help?

Are your versions of Scatterer and Astronomer's Visual Pack compatible with each other? I ask because there are significant differences between Scatterer versions 0.077... and 0.08... Check with version of Scatterer is needed for AVP .

I have latest versions installed. For Scatterer it's v.0838 and AVP - 4.13 with 4K clouds - 1.13.

Having the "latest" might not be good enough. You need to use a version that's compatible with all of your mods. Many mods written for Scatterer 0.077x and earlier were never rewritten for significant changes that came with Scatterer 0.08x.

Check what Scatterer version AVP, OPM, and any other Scatterer-based mods need. If they all work with 0.08x then you don't have an issue. If they all need 0.077x then just downgrade Scatterer, If the latest version of other mods need a mix of Scatterer version you might need 0.77x and also possibly downgrade other mods.

Maybe Scatterer isn't even the cause of your problems at all. It's just one possibility to pursue. I'm not an AVP user (I usually use the JNSQ or KSRSS planet packs, and I've never noticed the graphic glitch you are having).
