Probably, for the last 2 years we have gotten 2-3 inches in total over the year but this year it is being piled on.

It has been snowing non-stop since yesterday and goes past the top of my boots, which are size 12 so it's a lot.

We got 3-4" over the last two days, which is out of the ordinary but not disastrous. The kids went down to the local park yesterday, did some sledding and built an igloo. Most of it will be gone by the end of today.

Here in Varna, Bulgaria the only thing we've seen so far is frost on some rooftops. Which isn't quite snow. So no.

The only places in Bulgaria that seem to have had some snow are in the continental-ish part of it.
