Hmm. Okay, new idea:

The Arches aren't Stargates: They're beacons.

They unlock the new Systems. We unlock new planets by telescopes and scanning tech? Why not new systems via  discoveries? 

There's precedent in movies/books. The Lunar Monolith from 2001 sent a transmission towards Jupiter, so humanity knew where to go next.

Anybody else had problems since patch 1.12.5? I've had a couple of CTD's for daring to look at the alarm clocks, that's mentioned in the patch notes along with changes to manoeuvre creation. Now all of a sudden my four year old Eloo research mission which had a solid encounter due, has no encounter and I can't even get a closest approach marker to adjust?
I'm not gonna have to start from scratch again am I?

My apologies. The mentioned fixes were from earlier change logs. It must be my end.

From the image in the OP, they're not "arches" in and of themselves. it's just an existing arch that has been utilized to show one of the new systems. And just the layout of the system. Look, you can even tell from just that one image. Star, planet (one moon), planet (one moon), etc. I figure other easter eggs will be modified to show different systems, similarly.

Well Graphics are already better then mine i use intel integrated 4600  graphics

Actually the graphics in real live screen are much better, than in the youtube video, due compression a lot of color and reflects are lost, but gives an idea at least!

This is a lore save-point in KSP-2 instead of the ugly menu and quicksave, to make the game console-friendly.

To save the current game you must pick up the speed to 100 km/s and fly through the ring to activate it.
No other save game option is available.

To achieve the bonus level you should reproduce Manéo's path through the Solar System.
