Refund policy (russian players)

Hello!

I'm an editor of the russian website about games.

We are kindly asking your comment regarding the recent events about refunds among the russian players and discrimination based on that.

Is it official position of developers or the publisher itself?

We are making now a big video about the game, and asking those questions because we are gathering the information including your position about russian users and russian content creators bans in the past.

Thank you.

@stopgame, the devs have been out for a winter recess from December 23rd until January 4th. Currently, they are working on getting KSP2 ready for early release. I will highlight this thread so it is brought to their attention on Monday, but that's all I can promise.

Cheers.

To prevent any political misunderstandings, what do you mean under "russian players"?

Russians (both who are living in Russia and abroad), or the people who are living in Russia, but came from a different country?

I ask it, because I'm from Hungary (basically EU citizen) who lives in Russia with my family, and also have a russian citizenship but because I live in Russia, probably I'll be banned out as well.

As far as I know, the russian players who live abroad, still could buy the game, so Take Two bans not the russians, but Russia, which still makes no sense. Games like KSP (and any) should be available for everyone. Banning the citizens of Russia because of it's leader, makes no sense. But that's just my opinion.
