Game crashing "randomly" after some time

Hello guys, my game is crashing after some time, but I cannot find the culprit or the cause

The crash happens with the Unity window and a "loading bar", here is the crash logs

I have a potato (GTX 960, 8GB Ram.)

Some mods have this annoying habit called memory leaking, where over time some how they use more memory, it weird and i dont fully understand it. Anyway, an upgrade could be, well, nice.
