Your question is too vague. Have you ever installed any mods before?  Are you asking where to find the mod? Do you already have it installed but it's not working in 1.12.5?

It's on CKAN if you search for "BetterTimeWarpContinued."

Alternatively, there are downloads available on SpaceDock and GitHub, as well as more information on its forum post.

Most mods can be found with a similar approach: almost every single mod is on at least one of SpaceDock, CKAN, or its own forum page, and a large number of them are on all three.
