I'll call my first interstellar spaceship Order of Magnitude.

As in that an interstellar voyage will be something that is an Order of Magnitude bigger than anything we've done in stock KSP before.

And it also sounds really cool

I'm very conflicted about names, but I have plenty of ideas. Druyan, to be accompanied by Sagan. Also, Dahlia. Maybe something like Long Memory. Definitely a few other references to sci-fi I like, and for a more simple one, Weight.

If the default is now really "Default name - #", the "Untitled Spacecraft 1"suddenly becomes an interesting name for a first ship doing something.

Obviously, the purpose of the interstellar travel is to harvest spice, so I'm going to name my fleet appropriately.

Since I have a compulsive tendency to name things with terrible puns based on their destination and purpose (ie: one way trip to Duna could be = I Duna think you'll come back, Moho space station could be = Mohome away from home) I will have to wait and see, since it will depend on the names of the planets and star systems.
