Super low res clouds etc

I'm using Linux + Proton Experimental, and an AMD 6800XT.

There is a lot of graphical distortion on what looks like either a cloud layer, or the ocean. The ocean sometimes looks fine, other times it looks like the below.

EDIT: Removed "[Linux]" from the title since people are seeing this issue on Windows. Perhaps the AMD driver is the common cause.

pIjoUtOleqOqBfXP9SowilWIpEt-V1_SZKVLPrcFRunning radeon rx6700 xt 12 gb,     i9 processor,       32 GB ram.   Settings on high, 1920 x 1080 res  (highest I can go).    Clouds/water etc set to high.

All my views are super low res and awful.    Am I missing something?      Getting decent FPS (60-90 depending) but the views from orbit, and ascending/ descending  are crap.

Visuals of the craft etc.  are really good however....

I'm sure there's a thread out there about this, but I couldn't find it in the clamor that KSP2 releasing has started.    Sorry in advance.   Pic hopefully included....

The clouds appear noisy and low detailed, despite being on maximum settings; they appear particularly strange around the edges of the vessel. It's more noticeable in motion than in screenshots

KSP Version (Build ID):  10624168

OS: Windows 10

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (12) @ 3.600GHz

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT

Description of Bug: Regardless of what quality setting the clouds are set to, the clouds appear pixelated and low resolution (see attached screenshots and video). It is particularly noticeable around the edges of the vessel. It is much more prominent in motion than in still screenshots

Steps to replicate: Turn on clouds, launch a vessel. They always just look like that.
