Keybindings not working after game restart

Keybinds are gone when i restart the game. They Show in the options as if they are still bound but they dont work. happens for me when i bind "full throttle" to "forward thumb mouse button" and "cut throttle" to "backward thumb mouse button"

Seems almost random to me, sometimes they work ok, other times revert to default with no indication until my rocket won't turn on launch.
