CTD when warping to node around Laythe

I am on a course around Laythe about to capture burn, but all of a sudden in time warp im CTD.. it does happen everynow and then seemingly randomly and during scene changes. Whats odd is this last CTD was not a scene change, its while im in orbital view and in time warp.

Any ideas what this could be? i tried reloading twice on auto save, and it keeps crashing, you should be able to reproduce it here on my save file (with my mods installed..?)

if you do try my game save, go to the craft that is about to do a capture burn around Laythe, use MJ to do a circularize burn and adjust to intercept Laythe in a nice fashion, should CTD
