Description of the bug: EVA near the ground while vessel is moving causes destruction of command pod and nearby parts.

Expected Behavior: Can EVA near the ground no matter the speed of the vessel  or altitude without vessel destruction or explosions

Observed Behavior: Can only EVA successfully if the vessel is not moving or is moving at a high altitude (~25km on Kerbin/Mun).

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Launch the stock Kerbal-K2 craft on Launchpad 1
  2. Start ascent and reach speed of 50m/s
  3. Press EVA
  4. Pod explodes and dT is NaN! tA: NaN, E: NaN, M: NaN, T: NaN appears multiple times in the logs
  5. Instead, if you wait and reach an altitude of at least ~25km, then EVA works correctly

Alternative steps:

  1. Launch the stock Kerbal-K2 craft and land the final stage on the Mun
  2. Liftoff from the Mun and reach speed of 300m/s
  3. Press EVA
  4. Pod explodes and dT is NaN! tA: NaN, E: NaN, M: NaN, T: NaN appears multiple times in the logs
  5. Instead, if you wait and reach an altitude of at least ~25km, then EVA works correctly

Fixes / Workarounds (if known..): Reach a high altitude of ~25km before EVA
