"OneOscar" Fan Club History tidbit:

Spoiler

The "OneOscar" tiny island biplane was an early answer to the question, "How small of a craft can we make to carry a single Kerbal to the Island airfield." The result was a need for a very lightweight vehicle with as much lift as possible to essentially "float" to the island.

Well unknown engineer Ken and his manager Charlie got to work right away (Ken did, at least), creating what is now known as the "OneOscar FGXLE+". It was a modest attempt at the challenge, and really more of a Research and Development benchmark for tiny plane models that had included failsafes. Charlie convinced Corey the technician that they were handing out free snacks at the Island Runway. They weren't, but that didn't stop Corey from jumping on the nearest plane (which by no coincidence was the new "OneOscar FGXLE+").

The resulting flight was on of the fastest test flights on record, but also the most fuel inefficient, dubbing the maiden "OneOscar" -"Snack Monster"

Analysis of the initial flight led to advancements in knowledge that have brought us to the standard of "OneOscar" pride, the "OneOscar FG". An homage to the original test flight, but more user friendly than the infamous "Tiny Island Plane", a competition "Lite" version of the "OneOscar" series.

Builders!

If you really want to make your own "OneOscar" check out this video tutorial for the small detail tips. Pause or slow down the video if it moves too fast. Fast Forward 2 minutes to start build. Last 3 minutes (?) is a demonstration. 5 minute watch for build.
