Like it says. Unless we're going for UT doing the same thing as MET, as in T+something, there's no point in starting at Y0 because there's no such thing as year zero. In MET yes, because it's going to take a year before the mission lasts first year (wow, a discovery).

And it confuses looking up things on online transfer window tools because you have to add +1 to a year to get accurate calculation.

It should be Year 1 Day 1 00h:00m:00s.
