Even Better Time Warp [0.1.0]

A KSP2 time warp mod inspired by BetterTimeWarpContinued.

Features:

• Set custom time warp levels
• Set presets for time warp levels
• Force physics warp when outside of the atmosphere, either through the UI or by holding alt whilst changing time warp level (key can be changed in Configuration Manager)
• Remove time warp altitude restrictions
• Enable the 11th time warp button (this is 10,000,000x by default; obviously the mod lets you change that)
• Display the time warp level to 2 decimal places of precision (useful for when you're using time warp levels below 1x)

Note: Screenshot is from a development version - the "Force physics warp" option will not appear next to time warp values below 1x in the release version as physics warp is always enabled for these time warp speeds

Hi @arthomnix! It looks like Cheese made an update to this to fix it for 0.1.4 on GitHub. Could you please get that to Space Dock so that CKAN can pick it up?

Version 0.2.0 has been released which adds support for KSP2 0.1.4 (thanks @cheese3660)

This seems to still work in KSP2 0.2 however it sometimes fails to allow any time warp at any altitude. In particular, I never got it to allow greater than the 3rd ">" when low over Gilly. Which was painful

Sometimes presets.json turns into this:

Probably due to a crash? I wasn't trying to change it during any of the crashes tho...
Anyway, when I try to open the mod in game - I just get "Failed to load presets.json!" window, with no option to reset it, so I have to manually delete it and restart the game.

Can you please add an in-game reload (from disk, if user fixed it) and reset (fully replace with default) buttons, when presets.json is broken?
