Joystick Roll Increased in 0.17?

I've noticed, after I switched from 0.16, that flying with a joystick has become nearly impossible, because roll appears to be much more sensitive than before. Has anybody else noticed this?

Sub-query: has ASAS started to do questionable things in 0.17 for anybody else? On several occasions, ASAS has spontanneously decided I should be facing the other direction, and I never had this issue in previous versions.

It may be more sensitive because of the settings you set up in the previous versions. When you start up the game, hit "Settings" then go to the "Input" tab. To the right hand side there should be some sensitivity sliders that you can use to adjust the trim you have. Just set it to more or less to get whatever's comfortable. You may have to try it a few times to get it just right though.

Thanks! Somehow I missed the sensitivity bar...

Candre, I've never had a problem with ASAS right after staging. It's behaviour changes, or just odd behaviour in general, just seem to happen or are consistent. On one of my rockets, having SAS on will make it roll, to the point of uncontrollability. On a couple of my jets, ASAS wants them to fly backwards, but only at random times during the flight, which can cause a lateral spin, or some other travesty.

I'm not sure if this would work, but you may want to hold F while decoupling stages. Holding F will temporarily disable the ASAS while decoupling. I've found that the only time my ships makes any crazy movements is when I decouple small payloads from large stages.
