Ok such a simple design from a movie... I haven't see it yet in KSP which is a shocker in itself.

We all have to do crazy things and have a good laugh so here ya go..

BTW this thing is very heavy and a single bell engine struggles lifting it and it eats fuel, but hey I built it for the lolz.

So, the Ranger was a successful vehicle, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. The Ranger II, however...

This is the prototype just returning from orbit, and it's an all round improvement. Much more agile, glides better, all while cutting down on the number of parts as well as the total length. Aw yeah :D

The full version has yet to be tested, but there's nothing fundamentally different save for the inclusion of RCS and some extra struts.

I launched a horizontal land base to Duna in my Alternis savegame. It has a fully explorable interior!

Sweet interior man!! What version have you got Alternis working in there?? I was looking back at it recently. You gone back to 0.23 or have you got it to cooperate with 0.25??
