RocketPilot573 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 (edited) Burn to Eve.Two ships, each basically being a train of different base pieces, will be placed on Gilly.I told one of the Kerbals to grab some science data out of the containers so that they could be cleaned, but before I realized what was about to happen flames engulfed the Kerbal and the ship. I forgot about the aerobrake!Kerbals have half the drag of all other parts so his jetpack couldn't keep him near the ship, he flew away at 300 m/s. Shame.Hi Gilly!Scouting out a landing location...Using RCS to drop the entire train onto the surface.And the other ship! It flies pretty sound for a prototype. I plan to get rid of the cruciform tail for something more F22ish or Russian PAK FA.
