Ceres for pre-0.16 users:

http://www./?ru86t354xbj9ba1

Changelogs:

PLF Set 0.2b Changelog:

*Increased all ejection forces to work with 0.14 (no more jettisoning your fairings and having them scrape down the length of your payload, ripping it to shreds).

Challenger LEM 0.2 Changelog:

*Fixed the problem whereby the multiple collision meshes I had used for the landing gear had stopped working after a KSP update.

I\'ve fixed this problem by making the legs a part of the descent engine, so I only need use one big collision mesh.

PLF Set 0.2 Changelog:

*Added a 3m version of the 1x1.4 fairings

*Added 1, 1.75, 2 and 3 meter decoupler shrouds

*Made the cone halves into decouplers so they can be used independently of the wall halves

v0.5 Changelog:

*New payload fairing set available as a separate download

*Reduced gimbal angles on all engines and removed it completely from all 1m engines with the exception of the H2

*A few fixes here and there

v0.4 Changelog:

*All engines except the Super VI now support thrust vectoring

*Challenger LEM released as a separate download

v0.3b Changelog:

*Numerous fixes and improvements

v0.3 Changelog:

*Added new engines, 1.75m Wild Cat 9 and 12, 2m Vesta IV and 1m Vesta I

*Added RCS Modules, 1m,2m,3m

*Added RCS fuel tanks, 1m,1.75m,2m,3m

*Added Center Stack Wings (OCS(Omni Directional Control Surfaces))

*Added Heavy Struts made stronger, Medium Struts added

*Numerous fixes and improvements

v0.2 Changelog:

*Added 3 meter fuel tanks with 2 new liquid engines

*Added core stage SRBs like the Ares I uses in 1, 1.75, 2 and 3 meter sizes

*Added Soyuz-esque adaptors, 1-4 and 1-5 in 1, 2 and 3 meter sizes

*Added a spin thruster for putting a spin on already detached objects such as satellites or probes

*Added 'heavy' lateral decouplers and struts

*Numerous fixes and improvements

v0.1d Changlelog:

*Fixed Medium 2m SRB replacing itself with the larger one on launch

*2m Tank weights tweaked

The parts in this pack have been scaled according to the correct cylindrical volumes.

This means that everything is roughly balanced to the default parts in the game, this allows the pack to be challenging as well as allowing for bigger and more powerful rockets.

Have fun making some rockets lads.

This is down to the texture size.

I could make a version with reduced sizes, at some point in the near future, assuming someone has problems.

I have made a version with smaller textures, and added it to the post under Winstons.

As for the mesh folder, I did it based on the something on the KSP wiki, and an empty folder produces negligible impact on filesize.

What would people think about strap-on reserve fuel tanks like this:

When/if such things are implemented, you could have different sorts of tanks for various materials.

Compressing gasses from alien atmospheres and filling your tanks with them to power adapted engines would be neat.

We\'ll get around that with ~~Magic~~

Intersting.. are you gonna make it work sort of like the should decouplers? where you attack a magic dot to the top point (making them children?) but modeling it so they go out and around it?

Will that work with symmetry? Making it 2, 4, 6, 8 tanks, or will it have to be a static number?

This was the thinking.

Probably a static amount of 4 and 8.

These tanks are designed to fit within the 2 meter fairings, so they look nice when attached to upper level stages.

Also, I thought I\'d mess around with some rockets and make some images out of it.

Well don\'t feel bad Nova, your parts are still epic, imagine how many of your lunar landers are going to be on the Mun, since this dude made a nice spacetruck to take it there. Your parts are better than the stock by far. I\'m only d/l ing this pack for the 2m engines and more SRB choices.

Your big bertha engine looks nice, but tall 2m LRF crush it too easily imo, but the other parts are very nice.

This happens with ours as well, KSP doesn\'t seem to like heavy weights on single parts, so it\'s all about spreading the weight.

Assuming the parts can actually lift the weight (which if it\'s happening usually isn\'t the case), you can 'insta launch' and get away with it.

Maybe they have realistic fuel values? A 2-meter tank of the same height would have 4x the volume and weight of the standard tank.

Problem is the game has issues with that much weight.

The 2m tanks have odd fuel numbers also, ranging from 186.67 to 216.77 units/kg.

The 1m tanks all have 224 units/kg, or 12% more then the stock tank.
