If you are okay with the cheating, and don't want to start over, then turn off your engines. Hit "Hack Gravity". Turn on RCS, and hit N to reverse thrust on your RCS jets. This'll move you upwards, since the moon's gravity will be basically zero, at which point you can flip over and try again. (I'm not sure how to un-hack gravity, but exiting and coming back in might work as long as your vessel isn't near the surface.)

I have to hold Shift + F1 (because of the way my laptop is) To take screenshots so thats why the engines were on

Turning off your engines would probably be a good start (Oh I just read your explanation to why they were on) Incidentally you have full fuel, how did you manage that?

almost zero velocity and low gravity. Press X start turning and pray you end up thrusting upwards before you hit the ground.

Anyway, you got a point there... I've once decided to put on "Hack Gravity" while at Kerbin on a test craft I'm working. It never went back to normal.
