For added effect, wear sunglasses, even if it's cold outside. Stare menacingly at people as they enter/exit. When someone finally asks you to leave, simply explain you're trying to get out of the (heat/cold, whichever is the INVERSE of what it is outside, so if it's hot out, say it's "oh so terribly chilly").
