Depends what type of cylon ship you mean, if you mean a battlestar, then yes it would win.

an star trek orbital service pod armed with a giant 5,00 TeraJoule phase cannon or the NX-01 enterprise ( armed with 3 prototype phase cannons and 3 forward variable yield photon torpedo launchers and 1 astern)

Looking through this, I've noticed references to the UNSC Spiritfire. I believe that they actually mean the UNSC Spirit Of Fire. So,

UNSC since they got laser ,and a Mass Accelerator Cannon.

UNSC Infinity vs. UNSC spritfire (if im correct)

Spitfire, because they stole it from WW2, making it instantly awesome.

Death Star 1 vs. Battleship Yamato. (waits for chobit)

The Infinity is more than 5 Km long. It easily beats the Spirit Of Fire.

Mondas (cybermen home world that was piloted away from the solar system by the mondacians before humans discovered it) VS imperial dalek Flag ship (dalek civil war era)
