Isp was increased from 290s sl and 320s to 320s and 360s respectively.

Gimbal range was increased from 3.0 degrees tp 5.0 degrees.

Uuuhhh shiny! That engine already had the greatest gimbal range in the game, so it is nice to hear about the isp bump. That part was abysmal.
