I got oil! i discovered ~200 Mbbls of oil! though its gonna run out soon and the next exploration cost is 4k

EDIT 2: OK, I had $5,000,000,000 to start with. I paid a lot for oil exploration (814 Mbbl) and 2 oil drills, as well as improving the people's living standards...
