Banned for impersonating-- Wait, wrong game.

This is no game, this is a serious discussion thread for discussing why the discussion thread about itself hasn't been locked yet. Clearly.

Now if you excuse me, I have to go think about what I thought about when I thought about thinking about what I thought about when I thought about thinking about what I...

Thread locked. And sealed. And welded into a steel frame. And welded into another steel frame. And buried deep in the earth. And covered in concrete. And then dug up by dwarves. And then guarded by a dragon. And then rediscovered. And then…

Thread Unlocked.

Some time later, the local clergy confiscated the thread, declaring it heretical. It was burned to dust, locked in a yttrium barium copper oxide box, and placed upon a pole of Charon. The box was filled with enough current that removal from the nitrogen ice (and destruction of the superconducting properties) would cause immediate, vigorous thermal release and seriously injure any who dare to unlock its secrets.

For centuries, the thread remained locked.

But then, some clever fool found the thread's ashes, warmed the box (from a safe distance), and reconstituted the ashes that remained. The thread rose up and resumed its tyrrany.
