How long does your game take to load?

Wow, Necropost from 2 years ago. We are really digging now.

I think around five minutes. I guess it's not too bad... But the lagginess of my game is worse than the load time. One time I was flying a Aeris 3A with no lag at all... The next day, the game was running at something like a game second went by every three seconds (still flying the Aeris 3A, mind you.)

My computer's weird.

I was going to say:

It would appear a 2 year necropost might be tradition for this thread.

But then I remembered that it's 2018.  So, three years this time I guess.

Mine starts right at 2 minutes for my main mod install. ~60 mods.

Starting stock is 20 seconds.

i7-7700K with 32GB of DDR4.  I'm sure it'd be faster if I had an SSD.

I have 31 mods installed, but they are heavily pruned using "The Janitor's Closet".

Load time is less than a minute.

Because I have only like 15 mods and ATM (even though it's outdated it still works for me), my game takes roughly 5 to 8 minutes. Without ATM I'd be looking at roughly 15 to 20.

Less than 5 minutes for stock. 20-40 minutes for RO.

It takes about 5 minutes to load up 50 mods, including a planet reshuffling mod. I believe my computer could handle a little bit more....

*crash*!

If they're anything like the ravens in Westeros, not very long.

About 3 minutes and 10 seconds, with OPM, RLA and Dmagic Orbital Science, and another basic mods, like Hyperedit and KAC. Sadly, my computer have only 4GB of RAM, and is because of this my KSP takes so long time to load.

Just timed it. 2 minutes 38 seconds with 73 mods. Thats loaded off an M.2 SSD. The same mod stack loaded off my last computer(SATA3.0 drives) was in the area of 5-6 minutes.

Short enough that I don't pay attention, but I don't go for mods with tons of assets. It was a couple minutes last time I used mods like Kerbinside etc, but that was multiple versions ago.

Less than a minute with a handful of large visual mods and assorted smaller ones. On an SSD, but not much faster than the old HDD.

Well,   I need a new computer.   Not that this one is that old, but If I want to play KSP, I usually plan on doing something else while it's loading.  Like making dinner, or going on vacation.

And then I leave it running in the background.   I've done real time Munar missions.

About 10-12 minutes.
But Primary because I'm running all of Gameslinx planet packs at once (personally customized). And then there also a decent amount of parts packs.
