Either use pressure blowdown, or build a turbine pump.

sounds like you need a turbo pump..look at some of Germany's early rocket designs..

their problems were in finding materials that could withstand the low temperatures and extremely high pressures..

Liquid Oxygen ( LOX ) has an average temp of MINUS one hundred degrees...

(you cant use a water pump off a car) but you can use that principle..
