Repair it and provide it with fuel, and after taking pictures and getting a phone number and coordinate to point a comsat at send him on his way.

Probably toss a few books on engineering and maintenance aboard as well so that the kerbals develop improved methods of shipbuilding and inflight repair.

Send him back in time to a few years ago to Squad HQ, along with his rocket. When Harvester sees him he get the inspiration to make KSP. Then do to a weird space time paradox, a kerbal will fall from the sky a few years later.

I'd keep them both for myself. I would keep the kerbal as a pet and use the rocket for my own space flight company.
