Me too in a way : the Kerbal Milky Way analog seems rather faint and small compared to ours, which would suggest somewhere far from the galactic centre...

I'm not at home at the moment, but I guess it's hard to say, because of how light is treated in KSP and the fact that you can have a shot showing Kerbin, the stars AND their Milky Way at the same time, which not possible IRL (light levels are too different).

Mmmh HDR rendering and tone mapping for KSP, that would be yummy!
