Thanks for the further Input...the AIES decoupler tubes are just placeholders to have an idea about the shape of that guy...and yes, i can and will build jetpacks on it :D

Well, it doesnt walk so far. I used the tanks to have a very low CoM, to test the operating functions. It ll get structural legs in a few hours (i am still at work -.-).

Just not sure about to modelling that legs. Maybe i let them be as design, but not working (half-craft-sized landing gear ftw :D).

Someone an idea about senseful reaction wheel Placement? I plan to have the CoM and the CoL at the height of the chest...

it not just about placement of the CoM you need to workout a way to keep the CoM over ther leg your walking on, i tried making a bi-pedal mech a few weeks back but i couldnt figure out a way to keep everything moving together, next time you get up to walk pay attention to the tiny movement you make in your feet hips and core, thats the best way i can describe on how to get it to work. if you want i could dig up so old pictures of what didnt work. Also ì•„ë“œ 아스트ë¼ í¼ 아스페ë¼ i have a know of a number of suits that would like to disagree with you

Added some more pics to that Album...still not functional, gotta do way more tweaking. ^^

After some more testing runs...

Ill Focus at flyability first. Making that Thing walk is oout of my range atm.

Tonight ill improve the "airborness" of that "vessel".

But it Looks a lot cooler than its prototype :D

Further Investigation:

CoT doesnt intersect the CoM in Extension --> stability goes to Zero

CoL is turned back-upwards, the CoM is below(!) it --> see previous

The legs are wobbly, gotta do solid ones. Maybe i can use them to rearange my CoM

Question after reaction wheels still pending...

This is probably one of the coolest things I've seen

Thank you...ill be glad if itd work as it Looks :o
