Indeed, the subtitles read "The countdown operations was halted. More details will be reported as further information becomes available."

In other words, I'm going to bed. I hope everything is okay, will check back tomorrow.

It does not seem like a very big issue:

"There were no problems with the rocket itself. The fault was in the transmission of positioning-control data between the rocket and the ground control center, said Yasuhiro Morita, who leads the Epsilon project at JAXA, at a press conference."

I think they will try again soon.
