One of the best landing legs I have built

Since I am not currently on my own PC, I cannot post a screen shot.

(I am using the KOSMOS mod struts)

I have built a very strong landing leg platform that can survive drops from speeds up to 60 m/s! It consists of a fair amount of struts, Girders(Trusses), and structural fuselages. It Is a bit big and bulky, but can survive a rough landing. I'll try to post a picture whenever I can. Yep. I will be using this type for larger landers. If only I can figure on how to put out a craft file...

I'm something of an expert on handmade legs. A few suggestions:

1.) Use a med girder on top the fuselage to act as a tension spring to bear the load.

2.) Double up for very heavy weight, but only structurally tie them in very near the main fuselage. That lets the legs adjust to uneven terrain.

3.) MOAR STRUTS!
