If any matter were to touch this, it would create a 4D shock wave along the W axis that would displace anything it touches into 4D space. A 4D object is infinitely stronger, heavier, and larger then any 3D object and is impervious to anything that does not have 4 or more dimensions, so any 3D object that enters 4D space would instantly disintegrate because it is infinitely thin across the W axis. String theory predicts that there are at least 10 dimensions of space, a computer can fully understand 4+ objects, but they can't render it out because it is impossible for 3D entities (humans) to understand them, so don't even try.
