do plugins take up as much space as some part packs?

let me rephrase the question...

what takes up more space plugins or parts packs for mods because i have around 20 plugins downloaded and only 6 part packs downloaded. I need to know if i would reach the memory limit faster with downloading mostly parts or mostly plugins.

sorry about my poor grammar but i would just like an answer.

It actually depends on how much memory a plugin would be using instead of the pure DLL size, but in general, I think it's safe to say that parts use WAY more memory than plugins, if only because of texture size.
