Stock SSTO MK2 VTOL in game version 1.04 with no mods. Had a lighter version that had more dV left over while in orbit but decided I wanted a higher vertical take-off altitude limit so added an extra VTOL engine up front. Has a learning curve to it. It can deploy a small satellite and dock for refuelling.

Wanted to go on to a bigger MK3 cockpit VTOL design at any cost. Ended up with a design with no aesthetics or aerodynamic efficiency and uses brute force instead to reach orbit. Unfortunately I did not manage to get the hovering to work longer than 20 seconds but as a side effect, the backwards tilting allowed for the main engine to power it like a rocket. Technically it takes off vertically but is totally impractical (maybe for reducing speed for atmosphere re-entry).

A TSTO (two stage to orbit) that begins with an SRB on 45% thrust limiter. Stage decouples and, since it is powered by a probe core, can be parachuted down and reused. Shuttle uses a Terrier engine to achieve an orbit up to 100x100km. Used for crew transfers and, when another probe core added, for orbit rescue contracts. No docking capabilities as of yet.

Also a boat I made that has a marine viewing area (upturned crew cabin ) and enough fuel to travel to and forth the old KSC island around 4-5 times.

Don't forget to leave it some +rep down below!

Could I get a craft file for both of them?

Just go to your "saves" folder and open the folder, named after your game. Inside you will find a folder called "ships" and "subassemblies". Inside those folders you will find the .craft files of all your saved vessels. The ship folder is also divided into VAB (vertical assembly building) and SPH (spaceplane hangar).

Funny thing, I have made something similar, although it is with vertical launch to orbit and quite balanced for space flight and glide to runway on way back.

It was made for KSP 1.0.2 and FAR, haven't much time to test it with 1.0.4, that new heating bug prevented me to create anything worth to show for public.

Craft file is available in my craft exchange thread - link is in signature.

I'm not even sure if I even can maintain - port my own thread if it was not moved properly, especialy if there is some major changes with BB codes and such that will break things a lot.

I would likely offer help, but I doubt that I will have enough free time for proper maintenance, real life hitting me hard lately.
