I want to apply the random name generator to the last name, so Kerman isn't always generated.

I agree. I think Bob, Bill and Jeb should remain "the Kerman Brothers" and everybody else should get randomized last names.

I mean, if they all have the same last name, why do they even have last names?

Yes, that would be nice ! More random names. I hate being attached to Jebediah for instance.

Sometimes I say: "Well... I can't send Jebediah on this mission. It's too risky".

A few minutes later... I don't understand why I'm so concerned about Jebediah. He's just a Kerbal.
