duncan1297, nice planes! I'm not seeing a "successful landing in one piece" though? I guess I should maybe clarify the plane needs to be upright and/or capable of flying again. Confirm you have a successful landing and I will add you to the leaderboard.

Sure. But you do have to land on the runway.

No liquid fuels allowed, No RCS, No Jets, No rockets, No Ion drive, etc...

Just for clarification, Ion drive runs off of electricity and xenon.

Xenon is a noble gas and therefore not a liquid. So for the sake of staying true to science, It really should be "No FLUID fuels allowed..."

On the other hand, great challenge, and will have to work on an entry!

Mods: FAR, Firespitter, B9, Procedural Dynamics... the usual suspects.

292 m/s at around the 2 minute mark in the video.

Standard stock OX-STAT panels, lots of them.

My flying is a bit twitchy because I use the keyboard.

A great challenge, thank you for setting it.

Had a quick go at this challenge... Then ended up creating a separate game file for the TON of planes i made!

But here is my most successful plane! The Solar Craft Mk4!

Top Speed about 251 M/S
