I've found quite a few easter eggs over the last year or so (Dang, I think it's getting on for two years now. When did 0.18 come out? That's when I joined the KSP Community anyway) but I don't think I ever did find the Mk 1 capsule. It's at the alternate landing strip, right?

Yes and no. There is a rusty old dump of old parts in one of the hangers on the island runway, but there is also a Mk1 Pod memorial statue behind the VAB, and has been for quite some time. This memorial is the above pictured Easter Egg.

It has? I just got this game last year, And i haven't been really looking for easter eggs. So much as trying to land on all the planets. All easter eggs I've found has been from complete Chance lol. Actually i found this one when i was recording for my world war series on YouTube, so i drove over and im like...What the? So i didn't know if it was a Dissapearing easter egg and i didn't wanna have my chance go away, so i immediately stopped recording and took a picture.

I'm not sure if any have disappeared, but some became buried when the terrain changed. Especially on Duna
