Ferram aerospace wobble rocket?

You're not too specific here, but I presume the wobbling occurs a few seconds after launch. At least that's what's been happening to my rockets. It's because you're accelerating too fast and there's too much pressure on your craft. Since I'm slowly venturing on the "I have no idea what I'm talking about" path I'll stop here and tell you, what helped me.

I got MechJeb and used its "Limit acceleration to" option. I set it at 35 m/s^2 and the wobbling mostly stopped.

Also, you may not be using fairings or stabilisers, your rockets are to high, not symmetric, there's no SAS on them, or you're using weak parts to separate your stages (like clampotrons). Oh, and remember: MOAR STRUTZZZZZ! :)

Some more general tips:

The center of mass should be in front of the center of lift but not too far.

Try to turn SAS off. I hear it can cause some wobbling.

Maneuver very gently! Try sticking to 10 deg angle of attack at most.

Start the gravity turn early, i.e. when you reach 100m/s velocity.

I use even lower acceleration than suggested before. 2 g's at most.
