"Surfex" - A medium-speed, land, sea and air explorer.

Surfex means Surface Explorer. It's equally at home on land, sea, and in the air; and it's tough enough to transition between them easily, even at speed. It's fast, agile and efficient, making it perfect for exploring the surface of Kerbin, and who knows where else... if you can get it there, of course.

Please try it out and let me know what you think. Although it's simple in design, it uses all the techniques I've learned through a great deal of trial and error, and I'm curious how it stacks up to others.

I've had it up to 180 on the water in this config, I believe, but you don't want to try turning at those speeds.

This is one of the first craft I've developed that can take off and touch down to and from the water as well as on rough land. Having the entire oceans and most of the land as a giant landing strip makes exploration a breeze.
