Hi...

I would also love to have the launch tower in game...

A standalone would be very appreciated!

Wish I knew how to work a CFG ect. to do so...

What needs to be done to get the launch towers going again.  Is it something I can do or will it need TLC from @NathanKell?

Yes, I believe ours are working currently. Feel free to rip out the edited cfgs and repackage them here for the standalone. I probably won't maintain the separate download.

I will repackage a stand alone today

Again, if they are any help, BDB's redistribution has updated cfgs. Just know that the MODEL{} nodes are changed, possibly some other stuff like the name= lines.

Here is a simple repackage of the FASA Launch Clamps/ Towers

Report any issues to me. I don't intend on making a new thread so you can do it here or in a personal message.

Hi, as this mod is under ARR and Frizzank has specified that one needs *written permission* in order to redistribute these parts, I have removed your download link until we see proof of consent from you and/or Frizzank

All sorted out.

FASA has been moved to CC-BY-NC-SA.

FASA is now CC-BY-NC-SA (as part of the condititions of transfer of FASA to NathanKell when frizzank departed KSP modding). We thank frizzank for all his wonderful contributions to the KSP community and for the opportunity to continue to use and to grow FASA.

Not enough of a paddling involved.

(Though really guys, do please link to any license adjustments. We can only work with the information we have.)

Understandable, though the OPs of Frizzank's thread really should have been edited by him. The adjusted license is in the updated version of FASA that NathanKell and RaiderNick maintained.

Here is a post detailing the change

is it possible to reduce the ejection force of the launch tower?

Anyone figure this out?

If I use this on a tall rocket, unclamping the tower pushes the rocket into a wobble.
