Kerbin Drive Yards Proudly gives you our first ship of the line. The Kerbal Star Destroyer (KSD) Scott Manley!

The ship was named for the individual who got me and most of my friends into KSP.

She is over 900 parts. Turns like a slug and comes in at over 300 tons. The Kerbin-Class Star Destroyer is still a being updated. Currently is not armed.

The ship will break into 3 pieces: Bridge Section, Engineering section and Cargo bay. No Craft File yet, will work on that soon. More pics to come.

Forward thrusting engines are:

1x 15K Vasimr engine

2x Cluster Ion Drive

Breaking Thrusters:

x4 3500 kW magnetoplasmodynamic thruster

Power Systems:

1x 8 MW fission reactor

2x 2 MW fission reactor

Mods Used:

B9 aerospace

Lack luster labs

Near Future propulsion

UbioZur Welding

KAS

Haha, very cool. When this is finished and weaponized, I insist on a computer melting space battle with one or more of these. And some great shots you took there. The inside really looks awesome. I've been working with things that have actual usable internals recently, pretty fun! Now if we only had zones for ship-board gravity systems...

Yes those are B9 panels.. i have started using stock panels for newer class ships because they can be welded. Helps keep the part count down. But thanks.. this ship took me weeks to get it to this point. New ships will come out faster now that i know what i am doing. :-)
