Anyone have documentation for the torqueCurve variable?

The wiki is absent of any sort of module documentation for the rover wheels, and I'm trying to increase the maximum speed of a custom rover wheel, but I don't know which variables to change. The TR-2L's defaults are listed below:

torqueCurve

It seems like a normal Bézier curve as those used by solar panels and such. I believe the first parameter represent the speed the wheel is going at, the second is the percentage of torque the wheel has, and the two following are the tangents of the curve.
