-The Hercules MMU Mk-7: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/50133-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-%28MMU%29-%28EDIT%29

The Mk-7 has maneuverability and control, but less fuel.

Also the Mk-7 recently got featured in you tuber Goosexi's 2013 build-off competition:

Guess who won?

-The Hercules MMU Mk-8: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/67453-Hercules-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-Mk-8-%28IT-S-FINALLY-HERE%21%21%21%29

The Mk-8 carries more fuel, but at a price of maneuverability.

-The Hercules MMU Mk-9: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/68057-Hercules-Manned-Maneuvering-Unit-Mk-9

The Mk-9 carries a bit more fuel than the Mk-7, but less than the Mk-8. It is very maneuverable.

The Mk-10 carrier a ton of fuel and is really maneuverable.

And Mk-1~6 never made past prototype phase.

These look like a lot of fun. I tend to go with rocket fuel, but your chairs look more maneuverable than mine.

Here's my contribution to the thread, a perfectly balanced probe core chair that I use to go skydiving in stock play. When I say balanced, I mean you can put a small tank on, lock the gimbal on a 48-7s and still fly straight and true without even engaging SAS.

Built this 2 years ago with Inspiration from G4Virus, It's very similar to what Overfloater does now on youtube. It took me about a weekend from what i can remember to get it flyable

QJpgJRj.png

It's about 615 parts and 140 tonnes.

<5 km/s of delta v, which means i use it for cargo shuttling to laythe and sometimes carrying landers for moons. It's quite easy to fly.

At the back there are some landing legs for easy loading and unloading.

Extra points for flying that in FAR physics.

My most recent creation, based on an old .21 design, the Esquilax, an all moon Jool mission:

1Eb9wEC.jpg?1

Thread here.

Next is the USRV MkIV, my attempt to make the Mobile Processing Lab actually mobile :)

3LtFzdD.jpg?1WMwh9FR.jpg?1

Thread here.

And finally, the two craft that are the coolest, and yet the most useless (at this point), the Arrow and Longbow:

ZcbQd3g.jpg?1rffDgIZ.jpg?1

They are of course designed to dock together, like so:

vUTBTwv.jpg?1

The idea being that the Arrow is a combined SSTO spaceplane and rover, which docks with the Longbow to ferry it around to all the other planets and moons. Sadly, it requires too much science to be useful in career mode, and even then it's TWR and fuel reserve isn't that great. Still, it works, and I'm still quite proud of the Arrow's vertical landing system :)

Thread here.

There's more info in all the threads. Everything is stock (apart from mechjeb), and I try to use clipping as little as possible.

She's a Part hogging moster at >2600 but it can fly once in orbit

You better hope that the warp core can be contained with gellar fields...

In other news...

Firing on the terraformed Jovian Moons, occupied by the Friedens. This is the precursor to the modern day super mac orbital platform.

The ODIN. It is designed for precision and supersonic orbital bombardment with attack times of under two minutes.

Bye Bye enemy fleet.

Also, the LCS Independence. Trimaran hull.

The vessel, after firing off the missiles, can maneuver at speeds in excess of 40 m/s.

Spootyman showed off this plane I made on The Couch Stream a few weeks ago. I cant find the archive on twitch but he complimented it as one of the better planes he's flown. :D

It's nothing much, just the Arkbird from the Ace Combat series...

Flight Ceiling of about 27km, goes up to 1626 m/s from testing on the stream.
